Are you ready to be initiated?
What would your life look like 1 year from now if you committed to your awakening, to looking at parts of yourself that you have been neglecting or avoiding?
In this 1 year Experiment I will guide you through a heart opening process of dismantling internal systems of oppression, teach you the art of breaking rules and building a life that feels too good to be true!
We will look at all parts of your being from the energetic, to the emotional and physical and target all areas of our life like relationship to ourselves and others, sexuality, rest, pleasure and play.
This experiment will unfold along the way, are you will to let go of the need to know, to control and allow the universe to delight and surprise you?
Each monthly experiment will have:
Over arching theme of the month.
1 Monthly group workshop
1 Monthly Q & A session
1 Monthly Somatic Practice Session or Guest workshop
but there is no strict form to follow, I am going to lead from my heart and let the universe lead the way!
