Are you ready to release the emotional weight you’ve been carrying? "Paint Your Pain" is an evergreen somatic workshop that guides you to turn your body into a living canvas for healing. Through guided somatic movement and body painting, you’ll connect with your emotions, release stored tension, and express your pain in a powerful, visual way—at your own pace and as often as you need.
What is this workshop about?
We all store emotional pain within our bodies, which can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected. In this workshop, you’ll engage in somatic movement to unlock those emotions and use body painting as a way to transform and express your pain. No artistic experience is needed—your body becomes the art.
Somatic movement: Unlock and release trapped emotions through guided body movement.
Body painting: Express your inner pain directly on your skin, transforming yourself into a living masterpiece.
A safe, supportive space: Experience a non-judgmental environment where your vulnerability is honored.
Emotional clarity and release: Feel more connected to your body and empowered to turn pain into beauty.
This workshop is for anyone seeking emotional healing, deeper body awareness, or a creative outlet for expressing inner struggles. It’s designed for repeat participation, allowing you to revisit the process whenever you need it.

I have been apart of Gicela’s world for awhile,
I’ve worked with her 1:1, and taken her workshops and attended her talks. Every piece of her work has been life changing, especially the deep work that she teaches around our shadow and Pain.
Her work has challenged me to confront parts of myself I had been taught to suppress—traits like selfishness, vanity, and assertiveness. By reframing these "negative" traits, I discovered their power. My selfishness became the key to setting healthy boundaries, my vanity fueled creativity, and my assertiveness became a tool for leadership and respect.
Before working with her, I was the embodiment of toxic positivity, masking anything negative. While the world saw my constant optimism, my closest relationships bore the brunt of my unexpressed shadow. Her work taught me to embrace my duality, and by doing so, I stopped relying on others to embody the qualities I feared in myself. I became more authentic, assertive, and confident—so much so that I took a solo trip, something I never would have done before.
The transformation not only improved my personal relationships but also empowered me to own my voice. I am no longer just a beacon of positivity; I am unapologetically and fully myself.
